Call for offers: Local IT

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the largest political education institutions in Germany today, with branches in many countries worldwide. The Brussels Office operates as a think tank reflecting on European and international issues such as the global power shift and the socio-ecological transformation of today’s society.

The Madrid Liaison Office of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung would like to conclude a long-term service on IT consultancy and maintenance for our local office in Madrid.

We hereby request you to submit your binding offer in English, to elsa.rodriguez@rosalux.org , with the signed and scanned documents that are part of this bid.

Please note that only the terms of order and agreement –see Appendix 1– apply.

We will only evaluate offers from applicants who fulfill their binding financial offers by 18.09.2023.

The financial offer should include the following prices:

• IT consultancy
• IT customer service support – approximately 4 hours for monthly maintenance (plus various assignments as described in our documents, if necessary), as well as a prevision for technical assistance 12 hours per month. Therefore, we ask a detailed hourly rate for the described services, including reaction times.
• PBX and communications:
  • Virtual IP PBX – Extension with Sip terminal
  • Fiber Optic – Public Fixed IP
  • Fiber Optic – Fiber Optic Service up to 600 Mbps

Please contact to obtain all recommendations and technical requirements for the required competencies of the local IT service provider, as well as an overview of the scope of responsibility that is advisable to read carefully.
