Call for offers

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the largest political education institutions in Germany today, with branches in many countries worldwide. The Brussels Office operates as a think tank reflecting on European and international issues such as the global power shift and the socio-ecological transformation of today’s society. Madrid office as liason office is organizational affiliated to Brussels office.

We are calling for offers for communications and audiovisual material services for Madrid office, related to a project co-organized together with Comisiones Obreras, REDES. In particular:

Video editing of seminars: editing videos of several conferences that took place in 2023. Videos are owned by Comisiones Obreras, partner of RLS.

• Total length of original videos – 10 hours of videos
• Total number of videos – 10-15 videos
• Length of final videos 1,5 – 4 minutes maximum

The service requires:

• Viewing of original videos without any edition (10 hours aprox)
• Systematize and summarize the content.
• Scripts and definition of each video by topic, author, area, according to political criteria, defined together with Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Madrid office and Comisiones Obreras, partner of RLS.
• Production and edition of videos

The financial offer should include the following services:

• Price per hour of viewing, script and systematization of the content
• price per production and edition of videos
