Call for offers for the production of a video podcast series
The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the largest political education institutions in Germany today, with branches in many countries worldwide. The Brussels Office operates as a think tank reflecting on European and international issues such as the global power shift and the socio-ecological transformation of today’s society. Madrid office as liaison office is organizational affiliated to Brussels office.
We are calling for offers for the production of a video podcast series, for the “Renacer” project. It consists of 8 interviews with women, migrants and visitors from South America, to talk not only about the problem of the advance of misogyny, but also about strategies, successes, tools and the need for rebirth in this context. The participants in the interviews will be key speaker with extensive knowledge, impact and influence on the field. Our objective is to promote a discourse that embraces resistance, reinvention, and the revitalization of feminist movements as catalysts for social protest and the defense of hard-won rights, while also paving the way for new ways of living, sharing, thinking, and caring.
For the production of the video podcast, we need in particular:
Audio Post-Production
- Audio editing and sound design for 8 episodes, integrating:
- High-quality voice recordings
- Archival materials (voice memos, news segments, audio fragments)
- Ambient and environmental sound design
- Noise reduction and audio restoration where necessary
- Narrative pacing and structure, in collaboration with the editorial team
Mixing and Mastering
- Stereo mix and mastering, optimized for podcast platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube)
- Adherence to platform loudness standards (e.g., -16 LUFS)
- Final audio delivery in WAV and MP3 formats (48kHz/24-bit and 320kbps)
Video Recording & Editing
- Video recording and editing of all 8 interviews, including:
- Multi-camera cuts
- Color correction and grading
- Visual elements (logos, lower thirds, archival footage)
- Integration of intro/outro animations (to be provided or developed)
Final video output in:
- Full HD (1920×1080)
- Vertical format (1080×1920) for social media
Others Services
- Subtitles (Spanish and/or English) as optional – SRT files or hardcoded (if requested)
- Short social media teasers (15–30 seconds per episode, adapted for Instagram/TikTok)
Deliverables per episode
- Master audio file (WAV + MP3)
- Master video file (MP4 – Full HD + vertical format)
- Optional: subtitles (SRT and/or hardcoded if requested)
- Short teaser video (15–30 sec.)
Estimated duration per episode: 45 to 60 minutes
Total estimated run-time: 360 to 480 minutes (8 episodes)
Please submit the financial offer with a breakdown of the price of each service described above and price per chapter, out of eight chapters. The service must be finished by 30th November 2025
