Call for Tenders: Editorial Project – Book on Climate Change and Social-Ecological Transformation
The Madrid Office of the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) invites proposals for the development of an editorial project for a book addressing the political conflicts associated with climate change and the processes of social and economic transformation linked to the ecological transition.
The proposed publication should analyse the main political conflicts emerging from the climate crisis, identify the distributional impacts of socio-ecological transformation, and examine who benefits and who bears the costs of these processes. The book should also contribute to the debate on pathways and political strategies for advancing a socially just ecological transition.
Through this project, RLS Madrid seeks to contribute to critical debate and knowledge production on climate justice and socio-ecological transformation.
- Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for the conceptualization, coordination and development of a book manuscript addressing the political, social and economic dimensions of the climate crisis and the ecological transition.
The publication should:
- Analyse the main political conflicts arising from the climate crisis.

If such collaboration is proposed, the following information must be provided:

- Total number of copies to be printed
- Number of copies to be delivered to RLS
- Distribution and dissemination strategy
- Terms of collaboration
All collaboration arrangements must comply with the RLS co-edition agreement guidelines.

Proposals that include contributions from recognized external authors will be positively assessed.
Applicants must provide:
- The list of participating authors
- A brief description of their relevant expertise
- Their expected contribution to the publication
