Call for offers – Design and Delivery of a National Presentation Tour for the Housing Fanzine
Background
As part of its strategic work on housing, the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) has commissioned the production of a fanzine documenting the successful tenants’ campaign against La Caixa in Barcelona. The publication forms part of RLS’s broader commitment to developing accessible, educational and movement-oriented resources that contribute to expanding public debate on housing while strengthening collective organising processes.
The fanzine is intended to translate a concrete experience of collective struggle into a narrative that can circulate widely, resonate with diverse audiences and inspire further organising. Its dissemination therefore represents a key second phase of the project: not only as a series of public presentations, but as a process of political engagement, knowledge exchange and network-building across Spain.
Objective of the Call
The objective of this call is to select a service provider responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of a national presentation tour for the fanzine.
The selected provider will be expected to develop a proposal that connects the experience documented in the publication with housing movements across Spain, creates opportunities for dialogue and exchange, and strengthens relationships between relevant organisations and stakeholders. Where feasible, the tour should also include the participation of individuals directly involved in the tenants’ campaign featured in the fanzine.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for designing and delivering a presentation tour combining public presentations of the fanzine with spaces for dialogue, exchange and collective reflection.

- Definition of the total number of events.
